0.38.3022 - Roll action fix

Hopefully this update fixes that rare but extremely annoying bug with roll / stealth attack getting stuck in one place. As it’s rare, the fix wasn’t tested thoroughly yet, so let’s consider it unstable for some time as it potentially can cause some regression.

• Hopefully fixed Roll/StealthAttack bug
• Tinkered a bit with movement logic, I don’t think I’ve improved it too much, but hopefully a bit better now
